Dedicated students from Sandwell tae kwon do and Saracens Martial Arts and fitness gathered at West Bromwich Leisure Centre on Monday 27th September to take part in their coloured belt gradings.
The club had a record number of beginners grade for their yellow tag belts after lockdown last year saw more students than ever taking up the sport.
Students have had a 100 percent pass rate from the International Tae Kwon Do Council Instructors Claire Southall and Stacey Cockbill.
It was a great day with students being tested on floorwork, patterns, kicking to pads and set sparring.
The accolade for best in grading went to Anisha, Mariam, Mia and Sohab. All of these students really shone on the floor.
Stanley performed well with his double grading making sure on the Monday he passed his yellow tag and on the Friday he passed his yellow belt after training hard throughout covid.
Well done to everyone.
